Introduction
Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2015, I use my clinical training, over 25 years of spiritual practice, and my own humanity to best support each unique person I meet with. As a psychotherapist I am trained in relational and somatic therapy, object relations theory, and mindfulness-based therapy. In my work with individuals I’ve seen that mindfulness and somatic therapy can support clients to process pain without becoming overwhelmed by it, supporting people live with more joy and presence. I bring heart and humility to each of my relationships and look forward to learning how I can help you.

Spiritual Practice
My meditation practice helps to inform the work I do with my clients directly or more commonly it allows me to stay present with clients so that I can listen carefully and respond to what they need. I have practiced and taught mindfulness meditation for over 25 years as well as studied in the Diamond Approach for more than 10 years.
